10,000 ducks on the Navesink

Apparently the Clay Pit Creek area has been a hot landing zone for thousands of migrating ducks, swans and geese the last few weeks. We've never seen this many in one spot in Navesink ever, it's pretty epic!

Now I gotta say when I was taking these I was crying that I didn't have a 400mm or longer lens plus a D3s like everyone else there, but I think the 70-300 got me some nice shots too!
